Project Name: ULSD Expansion Project
Contract With: Plains All American Pipeline
Location: Yorktown, VA
Project Description: ULSD project consists of providing a 24" Suction & 12" Discharge piping run from the tank 200's tank farm to the OMCC manifold area. Both pipe runs will be a combination of utilizing existing piping and construction of new sections of pipe. 12" Discharge Piping (L200): Piping will tie-in to a new connection on discharge header of J-1607 at the OMCC manifold and will tie-in to the existing L200 in the Ave "C" pipe alley north of the OMCC manifold. This piping run will also be connected to the CPL. From the Ave "C" tie-in point we will utilize most of the existing L200 piping only replacing sections that are known to be bad or where re-routing is required to make way for the new 24" suction run. 24"SUCTION Piping: This piping run is a suction line from the 200's tank farm to the J-1607 at the OMCC manifold area. We will utilize a combination of the existing AGS line, salvaged 24" pipe from the AGS line east end of the plant, and new pipe.
